Originally earning my stripes in Customer Success Management for a software start-up, I caught the HTML-everything bug and progressed into Project Management. Since then, I have evolved into roles focused on Client Services, Design Thinking Facilitation and Business Development.
During my career, I have had the privilege to partner with New Zealand’s most established brands and emerging companies, bringing their ideas to life through the use of smart, customer-centred design and technology.
I am passionate about transforming the world we live in by integrating creativity, consultancy, technology and data to create impactful, commercially-successful customer experiences.
Recently relocated to the Netherlands, I am always open to meeting people excited by EdTech, Web3 and everything Chief of Staff related. Feel free to reach out to me for a coffee.

“Lydia is a highly motivated and driven professional with exceptional working and personal standards and has more depth than anyone I have worked with.
We worked together for four years and in that time Lydia grew to become one of our top performers, demonstrating her abilities to grow our clients’ businesses through our digital solutions while showing her strong understanding across the technical and design thinking landscape.
Lydia is one of the most dynamic people I have had the pleasure of working with. Her interests and view on the world shows depth of character and lateral thinking that is an asset to any employer looking for someone with both highly capable skills and can add value to any conversation.
Wherever Lydia goes she has impact and she is guaranteed to be a superstar on any team.”
